Access is part of
the work.

What has been checked

The site was visually reviewed at a narrow mobile width. Key pages fit without horizontal page overflow. The sitter handoff sheet's fields have visible, programmatic labels, and its clear control was checked without entering real personal information.

A limited keyboard check followed the header, all 14 handoff fields, and both action buttons. Focus remained visible during that check. Jay reported keyboard, screen-reader, zoom/reflow, and print spot-checks complete October 5, including the skip-to-main-content link. No open barrier was reported.

Limits of these checks

These owner-led spot-checks are not a formal accessibility audit. A complete color-contrast review across all interactive states and compatibility review across browsers and assistive technologies have not been performed. This statement does not claim conformance to a particular accessibility standard.

Report a barrier

Email support@coolpupco.com with the page address, the control or content that caused trouble, and the device or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. Please avoid sending private health, account, or identity information in an accessibility report.

Ongoing review

CoolPupCo will review specific reports and use them to prioritize improvements.
