Information you choose to send

If you email support@coolpupco.com, CoolPupCo receives your email address, message, attachments you include, and related message details. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards mail to the CoolPupCo operations inbox. The email providers process the message to deliver and store it.

Messages are used to answer requests, consider corrections, and handle security or legal issues. They are stored in the relevant email services under those services' storage and deletion controls. To ask about access, correction, or deletion from the CoolPupCo operations inbox, email support@coolpupco.com. Legal, security, or recordkeeping needs may limit deletion.

Information entered in the handoff sheet

The sitter handoff tool runs in your browser. Information entered there is not submitted to CoolPupCo or saved to an account by this page. It remains in the current browser tab until you clear the sheet or leave the page. Printed or saved copies are outside CoolPupCo's control. Avoid entering details on a shared device, and clear the sheet when finished.

Email subscriptions and analytics

This site has no newsletter form, and CoolPupCo is not sending marketing emails. No analytics script, advertising pixel, session replay, or referral link is active on the site.

Hosting and technical data

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. The hosting service and its infrastructure may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and request time, to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site. CoolPupCo does not control provider-side technical logs or their retention. Provider handling is subject to the providers' own terms and privacy information.

Changes and contact

If the site adds a newsletter, analytics, advertising, or referral feature, this notice will be updated to describe the actual data use before that feature is enabled. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@coolpupco.com.
