If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email support@coolpupco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

• Items should be unused or gently used and in original condition
• We'll provide a return address by email; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement immediately, no return needed
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval, to your original payment method
• Want to change or cancel an order? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll catch it before it ships
