Delivery:
Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Cost:
Standard US shipping is $4.95 for orders under $45. Orders of $45 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Where we ship:
United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delays:
If your order has not arrived within the delivery estimate, email support@coolpupco.com and we will help with next steps.
