Shipping policy

Processing:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery:
Orders are fulfilled from US-based inventory when available. Standard delivery takes 3-8 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Cost:
Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.95.

We currently ship to:
United States (all 50 states). We do not yet ship internationally.

Delays:
During peak periods, processing may take an extra 1-2 business days. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, email support@coolpupco.com and we will make it right.
